House IX is located in the West End (not to be confused with the Central West End) - near the Delmar Loop, two Metrolink stops, and a greenway walking path. It is a nice, newer construction property with vaulted entryway, two living rooms, and a separate dining room. It also has upstairs laundry facilities and all bedrooms but one have their own bathroom.

The master bedroom features a jacuzzi tub as well as a stand-up shower. It also has a walk-in closet.
